Legally it should be interpreted as set, for instance I denounce my wife in a divorce, in public view, the rules of divorce was set early before I made that decision, they is noway I can then say, my wife should respect me as a father of our children, only children should remember his father, but rules does not change , can only be amended, Policy makers , it's so important to make laws and policy, which serves everyone, now and in future. By then let’s all look into these laws, so we can be guided, on everything, to play innocent cause you do not know won’t help much, but to guide others will help. .
