And then Gabriel visited the mother of our lord and gave the prophecy direct, by then Mary was in spirit. And then angle Gabriel visited the cousin to Mary , all this was just a miracle to man to give way of our lord. Born with purpose.

This is why i believe prophecy comes from God to give knowledge to man for his kingdom, prediction and prophecy are different.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION OVER PUBLIC NUISANCE

Administrative law. Contract law. Civil and criminal law. Constitution law. Commercial law.

Administrative law based on negligence under government property, any public nuisance based on someone or an institution negligence, such as a company, eg. Mining company polluting water system or public nuisance based on someone blocking the highway and asking for some money to motorist as such and some illegal activities on the the Public property, including vandalism.

The agency responsibility based on negligence, it shouldn’t be a punitive action to someone who is the first offender, cause when the agency issues a punitive action to a company, like sizing its legal rights of operation, cause of it’s negligence, the company may lose money in form of of tax penalties, human resources,wages and salaries, also customers may lose interest as a result revenue may drop.

The agency responsibility should be the rights to investigate or seat before company’s arbitration committee and then issue a warning were possible and then take matters to court for it’s negligence if necessary, then the court will decide in form of compensation to affected individuals, for instance R.D.A should be considered when someone is blocking the highway and ask motorist to pay fees for the services, then the agency should look for individuals and investigate to why blocking the highway should be necessary.

By so doing one or an organization is promoting the rule of law to be governed within public sector, any agency within government has their responsibility eg. Energy sector it’s been regulated by ERB, it govern companies such as zesco, Zambia Electricity Service Company.

Government Of Zambia.

Before releasing new currency on the circulation, they should consider make one Note of paper money, and make all break down to coins, believe me we will have no inflation, cause soon we shall be buying milli meal at K500, and one will think it's shortage.

Policy making should based on future consequences, to amend what maybe a problem, making solution now, than fighting when it is present, why should we not wonder, USA has maintain its currency and it is still outstanding.

To dictate that most people are not happy with their income, inform of taxation which goes to fraudulent individuals is not just, corrupt people can be taken to court, and answer for any allegations.

Giving proof it’s better than allegations, people employed to handle aid from USA also pay tax, and they appreciate what the international community do to help other people in need.

HOW TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION GOVERNMENT SECTORS

Administrative law qualifies any one, to act on the matter in contract, regarding the principles of the contract, the most important ones to look upon is the breach of a term or a condition in a contract, but then how do you take administrative action on a company that had breached a contract, at the beginning they was no formal legal binding contract signed under it’s legal terms, such as acceptance agreement etc.

Just by commercial transaction and you dealing with that company, you think it’s dealings it’s not okay by standard of commercial businesses, by not saving you better with its poor service delivery,to ones knowledge that is, if you lost some money, in most cases and that without going to the agency you need to be compensated on your lose.

That’s when administrative action may come in, also note the matter to take in hand, make sure before you bring an administrative action, your mutual friendship should not be lost from the directors nor your friends, by first seating down by the mediator, and form a conscious, that court should be the last to resolve your differences.

An example, for instance you have bought data from Monitoring Cell Network Plc, bought data bundles of k50 to 50GB. Valid midnight from 8hrs.

Cause of it’s poor network connectivity through out that day, your data bundles expired the following day, since you need that bundle for your business, you keep on buying for about a week, maybe in a day the connectivity comes and you used about 1gb of 50gb, in calculation for a week you spent K250. School: Msamaria wabwino primary School. Agenda: Introduction of 2025 New Curriculum Zambian Education. Prepared by: Rabson phiri.

In a new curriculum school offers the following class for Early Child Education. ECE level 1 to 3. Age: 0,3 to 4 years. Early teaching of English language in school, will start at ECE level, including local language based on each province.Four to five years based on how knowledgeable ece goes to grade one.

Note:
Teaching of English is accepted but only when teaching chinyanja, art and to the learner its option. agriculture science with intergrated science and mining with social studies , teaching of art the community will be involved. for choosing a career, teaching of external matter act of God such dry season etc will be learned . either a child pass or fail to go to form 5 he may choose a career if it is to repeat or not.

Children with disability in new curriculum.program teaching parents on how to handle special children also the learner how to handle himself. This program will start at any primary school, bring bringing special children to school it’s a government concern and parents will advised accordingly. Mob justice, in an event were one is found wanting by the court, and it happened that before the law enforcement authority can handle the alleged person, the mob have him beaten, to near death,the court my not decide over that matter, until the alleged is fit to stand for the trails.

if the alleged gained strength ,after hospitalized, verdict will be passed without any challenges, cause justice will follow also those people who had beaten the accused person.

intead of helping the law enforcement to stop crime, the mob justice also need to answer,why they have taken theon their hands, to justice which was saved, to the alleged person, creating more work to the law enforcement, by looking for those who had beatenup the suspect, so they can be questioned.

The alleged person or his family under constitution can sue,those people who had taken the law on their own, which is not necessary, refrain from unlawful active, as a reasonable citizens, do your duty.

In instances were one is allegedly to have committed a crime, it's so difficult for someone prove you innocence, the burden of proof belongs to you and the prosecutor, if you have a chance to be represented by a legal practitioner, a lawyer. Tell him all that is true, and he shall decide what is best for your case.

The burden of proof is different from a civil case and a criminal case in a criminal case the prosecutor should otherwise prove your guiltiness without any reasonable doubt, the evidence should be so convincing, without doubts that's in criminal cases.

If the prosecutor fails to prove that you are guilty, you maybe an innocent man on the trial, and the judge will be happy to send you home.

A certain man was alleged to have killed someone in the house they were just two in the house ,no witnesses, the defendant claim that it was an accident it happened when he was cleaning his gun, the prosecutor failed to prove that,it was a murder case, they was no intention, the defendant claimed that, in a decided case.

Parliamentarians of our governance are expected to deliver, we voters expect those we send to parliament to enact and repeals some of the legislative which was passed years ago which does not help our communities now

Our president His excellence HH did promise to repeal and enact some legislation which are few, and now many Zambians are enjoying those policies that the president repealed.

Our president of the upnd party His Excellence HH, promise to repeal (CDF) Community Development Fund, by allocating a lot of funds through the budget, giving the community free education and giving school leavers skills for free, to some at Lusaka trads and chipata trades

We have in our nation 150 members of parliament, some from the opposition and some from the ruling part, to some parliamentarians it difficult to implement legislation which were enact by the president HH, for helping the community around the nation.

In America new York city senete Kirsten fought with congress to pass registration which is now law, with that act 1000 jobs are expected to be created, in a new state of the art fabrication plant in melta.

We voters expect our parliamentarians to do more than waiting for the president to source some bad policies, it's the duty of members of parliament to see that bad registration are removed and enact good ones, those which can help agencies do the work as expected, those parliamentarians work under, such as Food Reserve Agency (FRA).

It's important for each country to put factors which may promotion international obligation awareness, for it's citizens, legal trade such as state to state transactions are done internationally, exchange of currencies is done internationally.

Remember when US government gave sanctions to Zimbabwe for using it's currency, cause of inflation in that country, all these boards with international treats, and who recognize who , this also is because they is less awareness in norms of international law, everyone would lift a red frag, to Americans, for giving sanctions to a poor country like Zimbabwe, at that time inflation was high.

Zimbabwens may wonder, why international legal obligation was so important to us, now as an African state, for many African state, are not considered, nor recognized as states in a developed world, in many instances, free trade, devaluation of currencies etc..

this is In a few instances that the president of developed country would meet African leader, to talk about challenges African leaders have and try to help them in a mutual relationship, what other developed countries do they have rather giving debts.

Awareness of international law to an African state, and it's citizens are so important, though most African state have sovereignty, to deal with what matters, within the state, note that without international law we wouldn't have embassies around the world.

Promote awareness and guard the importance of international law and it's obligation, for a better world.

Public institution which are government structures, if they do not do the work properly what should the citizens do to see that these institution do the work.

I will give the authority of zesco to see that we are together, if for instance someone feels that zesco is not doing the work as it should , cause eg.

Painting our homes yellow and blue. And that you want zesco to paint your home black and green, you should go to the agency which regulate how zesco conduct it's services, and see if they follow registrations set by the agency.

If also you feel that the agency which regulate zesco didn't act as you expected them to do, you can file a complete to supreme court for judicial review, and it's has the right as the court to see that your complaint is looked into , nor your matter is not necessary for review.

A citizen and other boards should always do the right thing, always look on the laws that govern the institution that you need to complain about, and then go to the media, only when your effort is tried and you are not happy.

As a citizen you will promote good image of your community and the society were you are coming from, for you the world will paint our country blue, cause of your act against lawless .

Us president elect donard trump is a luck person to be voted twice, that changes Americans history on democracy, in democratic nations everyone has the right of participation and have there voice heard.

Other than voting back previous leaders in power for democracy to rule, also should be include are fresh mind in governance.

Talking about fresh mind in political governance in America not a president alone does all the governance, senator's office in America does a lot of work, to help the government and see that people are saved.

Senator Kristen GillBrand she is one of senator who help the government, to see that the most needs of American people are saved, she has a positive mind in helping the need, as US democratic governance is concern, she may try , I hope to win the US presidency of American people and most Americans would be happy, because she has the heart of the people.

A woman if supported she can do better in her field, cause that loving heart of the monthly love it's possible she can extend it to anyone.

Our laws should change, included in democratic governance to include the qualifications status of the woman to stand as a full presidential candidate such as been single at age of 35yrs to 85 etc.

The woman on this case, she was complaining that justice was not saved on her knowledge based on the situation and how the matter was handled by the local court

For RBA CONSULTANT. didn't have chance to look on the case, before the court started the proceedings on the some matter.

The woman had three children from a man, a woman was staying by the man before all marriage requirements were given, family of a woman agreed that there daughter could stay over by a man though he didn't pay bride legal fee.

A man started abusing alcohol, a woman with her three children left there matrimonial house, and man decided to marry another lady and paid all bride legal fees as marriage requires.

The woman appeal before local court, filing that they share property the local court decided that previous there was no marriage, and the case was thrown out in favour of the man, and that no property was shared.

Case law. Cohabitation Civil Criminal Family And Contract law.

A woman filed a case, she felt as if it's a breech of family union, the marriage was not fully arranged in a customary law.

While they were together they start having children and in the process the bride family borrowed some money from the parents of the hubby, upon separation the family of the bride ask to share the property acquired together.

It was decided that there was no need to share the property, they can keep the money with interest, that's part of the share of property, they are asking for.

Was the case fairy charged or not the money borrowed while they were in a relationship, was a loan.
