Let's talk about irrelevant object in the budget in this way we will know either previous administration had lots of irrelevant objects in the budget, about 2021 and 2022 National budget of our nation Zambia, I will start the ball Rowling, you whom had analyzed the budget should move on with the ball, let's estimate we are about 18,000,000. And the budget goes to billions of dollars, how much is an individual been budgeted for, in a year. Do your mathematics. If that justify the budget for an individual then its a good a budget, remember we need to see irrelevant objects in our budget, if we can budget over a billion dollars in a year then its possible we are making trillions of dollars in a year, cause its not possible to have a billion dollar budget, in our nation and we have income and revenue of about thousand dollars, were do we get these revenue are we taxing too much the citizens, and what is the most priority object in our budget that we focus on, is it feeding the national or is it purchasing or service debts.

In our National Budget continues. We have ministries in our country and in these ministries we have institutions which generate income with there on activities, such as mines, toll gates by RDA, Transport including RTSA, ZRA, Courts and agricultural activities, etc. list can go on, remember we need to look for irrelevant objects in the national budget, if we budget for these institution, how much from the budgetary locating to these ministries, we also have employees as a nation, which have monthly salaries and wages, does the budget finance all government employees? And is it necessary, regarding they have a source of income which allow them to have they own budget eg. Napsa and RTSA, how about bay election, is it one among the object in our national budget.

How many budgets should the country have to run the country smooth, health and productive, new government elected, prepare and introduce a new budget every year to run the nation, through Parliament, is that the only budget in a Democratic government, I think they are interim budgets within the national budget, if not then why FAZ is allocating fund to repair D.K Stadium in Chipata, if its FIFA funding, then on what conditions did FIFA agree with FAZ to be given such money, and its not possible to have such money without books and records and these fall under budget and accountability, many questions can be ask here to verify the allocation of fund to maintain the stadium, the point is, is this $300,000 dollars been budgeted for in this new Don government. Were did FAZ get such resources only in the Don't government maintains of recreation facilities.

Accountability and Public Interest,
The allocation of funds to institutions from National budget, for some instance may lead to mismanagement of national resources. What is government position?. When it state that some institutions will now work independent. E g. Anti corruption commission. Acc. Some members of the public believe that ACC and other government institutions get its resources from the national budget, to finance manpower and other government property, what will happen to then the resources which were for these institutions? Were are these institutions going to get the resources next, when they are declared independent? If the government will then continue funding these institutions, after they had been declared independent, then the government has no position to fight the vice, so intended to solve
