Education had been made free, let's say for instance in Zambia, from grade (1) one to grade (12) twelve, such policy is welcome, in a Democratic nations, cause one elected as a President have no idear who contributed to his winning, he only has multiplication of numbers, with such policy many parents will show interest by taking back to school some of children whom they didn't support, cause of failure to pay school fees, for the government is covering all school fees, as a result of free education, its possible that the classrooms will be flooded with pupils, and restructuring of classes should be a priority, since its a new policy, it may it be that on previous policy, the classes were designed to have about 45 pupils in a class room, and the school to have about 945 pupils, its possible with the introduction of new policy, free education to double the number of pupils that the school, require. No one should be complaining about the teaching standard, but instead complain only to restructuring of school programs, until such time more that new classrooms are constructed, also colleges and universities should be restructured to accommodate, pupils who maybe coming from secondary level, if free education is not well looked at, such government and the majority won't see the benefits of free education policy, which shouldn't end at secondary level, cause in a Democratic nations this is an empowerment.
